RESOLUTION TO PLACE THE JUSTICE COMPLEX AND ADJOINING PARKING LOT UP FOR BID AS RECOMMENDED BY THE JUSTICE COMPLEX COMMITTEE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, to accept the recommendation of the Justice Complex Committee to place the building and adjoining parking lot up for bid with the following stipulations:
a) Bids accepted for both the building and lot or b)just for the building, but not for the parking lot alone. The minimum bid for the parking lot was set at $265,000, based on a 1989 appraisal and the recent comparable sales of similar properties within the city.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 5th day of September, 1995.
