BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the following bids be approved and accepted as recommended by the staff of the Street Department and submitted to the Purchasing Agent:

2006:68 - Rubber Track Loader - Low Bidder meeting specifications being Town and Country.

2006:69 - Cab/Chassis with dump bed - Low bidder meeting specifications being BarloWorld Truck #1.

PASSED AND ADOPTED THE 19^TH day of December, 2006.
