A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH RELATIVITY, INC. FOR COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH SOFTWARE FOR JONESBORO EMERGENCY SERVICES

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Relativity, Inc. desire to enter into an agreement for Relativity, Inc. to provide computer aided dispatch software for Jonesboro emergency services; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is attached hereto and the terms set out therein.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
1. The City of Jonesboro approves the Agreement with Relativity, Inc. to provide computer aided dispatch software for Jonesboro emergency services. That the term of the Agreement shall be for a period of one year with the option to extend at the end of the initial term and the payment to Relativity, Inc. shall be $47,507.75. All other details of the agreement, including the scope of services to be provided, are set out in the attachment.
2. The Mayor, Harold Perrin and City Clerk, Donna Jackson are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
