A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE WILLINGNESS OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO UTILIZE FUNDING FROM THE ARKANSAS DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AGENCY

WHEREAS, the Arkansas Developmental Finance Agency has rental and homeowners rehabilitation funds available.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
SECTION ONE: As Chief Executive Officer, Mayor Hubert Brodell is hereby authorized and directed to execute all appropriate agreements and contracts necessary to expedite the above mentioned funding.
SECTION TWO: The City Council of The City of Jonesboro pledges its full support and hereby authorizes the Arkansas Development Finance Agency to initiate action to implement this project.
