B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-2) to Commercial (C-3), located on the southwest corner of Gilmore Drive and Phillips Drive. (Jerry Bowen)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Agricultural (AG-1) to Industrial (I-1), located east of Commerce Drive, and south of Highland Drive. (Max Dacus, Jr.)
D. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3) to Residential (R-1) located on the north side of Summer Place, west of Stadium Blvd. in Cayman Place Phase III. (Kent Arnold)
