A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ACCEPT DONATED LAND FROM THE JONESBORO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1:      The Jonesboro Economic Development Corporation has donated certain land located in the Industrial Park to the City of Jonesboro for economic development.

SECTION 2:  The City of Jonesboro accepts certain land as described in the attached Exhibit A from the Jonesboro Economic Development Corporation.

SECTION 2:      The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and accept such documents as are necessary to effectuate this agreement.
