A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COOPERATION TECHNICAL PARTNER CONTRACT WITH CARTER-BURGESS, INC. FOR THE REVISION OF FIRM MAPS WITHIN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, FEMA has awarded the City of Jonesboro a grant of $200,000 to apply to said revision.

WHEREAS, the Mayor has negotiated a contract with Carter-Burgess in the amount of $395,000.00 for the total cost of said revision; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee recommends the CTP contract with Carter-Burgess be approved and said grant be applied to said firm map revision

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to approve the cooperating technical partners contract with Carter-Burgess and proceed with revision of firm maps.
