AN AMENDED RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO AMENDING THE AUTHORIZING OF THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO SELL CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE INDUSTRIAL MINI PARK.

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the provision dealing with the name of the purchasers of Lots 6 & 7 of the Industrial Minipark.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Jonesboro City Council that the Purchasers of Lots No.6&7 of the Industrial Minipark be changed from S&S PROPERTIES, INC. TO S. S. PROPERTIES, (A PARTNERSHIP BOB AND CARL SCHUCHARDT

1.                     The rest and remainder of said Resolution except as amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

2.                     This resolution shall take effect immediately.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1999.
