AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE AND ABANDON A DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK D OF RIDGEPOINTE PHASE I

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the drainage easement designated as follows :
A part of Lots 12 and 13, Block D, as shown on the plat of Ridge-Pointe Country Club Phase I. Recorded in Plat Cabinet B at page 87, Craighead, County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 13, said point being the Point of Beginning: Thence Northwesterly 10.02 feet along a curve to the Right along the South-Westerly line of said Lot 13 to a point. Said curve having a central angle of 02°36'37" and a Radius of 220 feet: Thence North 35°16'36" East 219.66 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 13: Thence South 66°37'34" East 20.44 feet along the Northeasterly line of said Lots 13 and 12 to a point: Thence South 35°16'36" West 224.74 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 12: Thence Northwesterly 10.00 feet along a curve to the right along the southwesterly line of said Lot 12 to the Point of Beginning, said curve having a central angle of 02°36'18" and a radius of 220 feet. Containing in all 0.103 acres more or less.
Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and Rights of Way of Record.
SECTION 2: A copy of the ordinance certified by the City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Craighead County, Arkansas and shall be filed in the deed records of such office.
SECTION 3: The City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas finds and declares that the above drainage easements not necessary for the general benefit and welfare of the public; that the owners of all the property abutting the above drainage easement is in favor of the closure ...
