A RESOLUTION TO OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT PROPERTY (PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT) DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 14 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, ARKANSAS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE;

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the property described as follows for construction and maintenance:

A Permanent Drainage Easement described as part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 25, township 14 north, range 3 east, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described in the attached Permanent Drainage Easement document.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1:  The Mayor, Doug Formon, and the City Clerk, Donna Jackson, are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept this permanent drainage easement.
