ORDINANCE DECLARING DEFACING OF CONCRETE SIDEWALKS OR PAVEMENT TO BE A MISDEMEANOR AND SETTING FINES

Any person injuring, damaging or defacing any concrete sidewalk or pavement, either while the same is in process of construction or thereafter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars.
