AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE JONESBORO CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 2.20.04 (A) IV. ENTITLED PROCEDURES AND PARLIAMENTARY RULES, ORDER OF BUSINESS, FINANCIAL REPORT

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3394 was adopted January 6, 2003 by the Jonesboro City Council amending Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2.20 establishing procedures in Council meetings and other procedures and rules; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Jonesboro City Council to amend the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, Section 2.20.04 (A) IV.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:     

SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 3394 and Section 2.20.04 (A) IV. shall be amended as follows: "Quarterly Financial Report".

SECTION 2: An emergency is declared, and this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.
