RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO OSCAR MEDLOCK FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, Oscar Medlock has served the City of Jonesboro as Chief of Police for the past four years and various other ranks with the Police Department for the past twenty years; and

WHEREAS, the City council desires to spread the following Resolution upon the official minutes;

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service that Oscar Medlock has rendered to the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during the years  he has served.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16^th day of July, 1979.
