Floyd Wineland lease for property that is to be used as a landfill on Strawfloor Road

Floyd Wineland entered into a lease with the City for property that will be used as a landfill on Strawfloor Road and was signed on August 14, 1978. The lease amount is for $100 per month and the lease is for 5-years or until the landfill is completed in compliance with plans which have been approved by the Arkansas Board of Pollution Control and Ecology. The land description is “Begin at the SW corner of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 3 East with a total of 7.5 acres.” Mr. Wineland also entered into a Release of City on Lease Agreement on July 14, 1987.
