AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2001 BUDGET ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that:

SECTION 1: Budget Ordinance #3266, adopted December 18, 2000, as amended during 2001, is further amended by the increase (decrease) in budget revenues and transfers detailed in Schedule A.

SECTION 2: Budget Ordinance #3266, adopted December 18, 2000, as amended during 2001, is further amended by the increase (decrease) in budget appropriations and transfers detailed in Schedule B.

SECTION 3: This ordinance being necessary for the financial continuity of the City of Jonesboro, is hereby declared to be an emergency and shall take effect from and after its passage and approval.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2002.
