RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the following properties have been found and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the following properties are hereby condemned:
(1) A house located at 223 S. Fisher Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Tommy Rankin;
(2) A house located at 3809 Stevens Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Roger Moore;
(3) A house located at 3706 Griffin Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Roger Moore;
(4) A house behind a house located at 3811 Stevens Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Roger Moore;
(5) A house located at 221 S. Fisher Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Lonnie Weston;
(6) A house located at 215 S. McClure Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is unknown;
(7) A house located at 103 W. Forest Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is unknown;
(8) A house located at 616 Hope Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Dessie Wheeler;
(9) A house located at 518 McAdams Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Richard Clay;
(10) A house located at 515 Krewson Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Citizens Bank;
(11) A house located at 509 N. Main Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is unknown;
(12) A house located at 114 W. Forest in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is unknown;
(13) A house located at 1800 Arch Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Violet Williams.
