RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A CONTINUUM OF CARE GRANT AGREEMENT WITH MID-SOUTH HEALTH SYSTEMS

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has agreed to enter into a grant agreement for the CDBG Northeast Arkansas Continuum of Care Project providing public services from Mid-South Health Systems for a $5000.00 value;

WHEREAS, the Community Development Grants Coordinator and the CDBG Citizens Advisory Committee have determined that the selection was made based on HUD objectives, procedures, and NEACC member requests.

WHEREAS, a copy of the Contract is attached to this Resolution;

WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed and approved this Contract;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO THAT:

The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to enter into this grant agreement for public services from Mid-South Health Systems.
