AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING ROSECLAIR STREET FOR PURPOSES OF PUBLIC USE, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AND FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro. Arkansas:

Section 1: Roseclair Street is located within the City Limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Section 2: Roseclair Street has been dedicated to public use and has been constructed in accordance with all applicable City Codes and Ordinances.

Section 3: That portion of Roseclair Street located within the Lloyd L. Goff Courts is hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas and shall forthwith be a public through-fare and shall be maintained and repaired by the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1^st day of July, 1985.
