Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Department entered into an Agreement of Understanding for the widening of Caraway Road from East Matthews Avenue to the ASU Campus and improvements to the intersection of Caraway Road and Matthews Avenue and was signed on March 5, 1984. The project requires a 25% match from the City. The resolution number is 1984:06 and was approved by the City Council on March 5, 1994.
