AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 954, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classifications as follows:
From Residential (R-1) To Industrial (I-2) the following described property.
TRACT A:
A part of the West Half of the West Half of the NE 1/4, of Section 13, T14N, R3E, Craighead County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter of said Section 13, T14N, R3E; thence North 88°33'14" East 40.20 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence South 0°44'02" E 1298.21 to the Northerly Right Of Way Line of Johnson Street; thence North 76°17'32" West 421.21 feet along said Right Of Way; thence along a curve to the left having a delta 56°14'25" and a length of 243.71 feet; thence North 0°24'17" West 1243.07 feet to the point of beginning, containing 17.55 acres and being subject to all public and private roads and easements.

A part of the West Half of the West Half of the NE 1/4, of Section 13, T14N, R3E, Craighead County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the North Quarter of said Section 13, T14N, R3E; thence North 88°33'14" East 659.68 feet; thence South 0°44'02" East 1401.47 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence continue South 0°44'02" East 224.74 feet; thence North 76°21'14" West 629.08 feet; thence North 0°44'38" West 34.11 feet; thence along a curve to the Right having a delta of 105°27'05" having a length of 270.31 feet; thence South 76°17'32" East 437.96 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 2.96 acres more or less and being subject to all public and private roads and easements
