RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS/REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE CRAIGHEAD COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AUTHORITY AND THE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT BOARD

WHEREAS, the following appointments/reappointments have been recommended by Mayor Harold Perrin.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: John Sawyer is hereby reappointed to the Craighead County Solid Waste Disposal Authority with a term expiration of July 31, 2015.
SECTION 2: Woody Freeman is hereby appointed to the Stormwater Management Board to replace Dennis Zolper with a term expiration of April 30, 2014.
