RESOLUTION TO MAINTAIN FINANCE RECORDS OF ITEMS WITH A MINIMUM VALUE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE AUDITORS

BE IT RESOLVED that the Jonesboro City Council, in conjunction with the recommendation of our Auditors, that future records maintained by the Finance Department of the City of Jonesboro, pertaining to Fixed Assets, record only the items, with a value of $1,000 or more, at the time of their purchase.
