WHEREAS, Resolution Number                       adopted the City Salary & Administration Plan; and

 

WHEREAS, the Salary Schedule and Administration policy requires any salary recommendation greater than the halfway point between midpoint and maximum, of any salary range of the grade to be approved by the Mayor and City Council; and

 

WHEREAS, the Shop Supervisor position with a pay grade of 113 has the following pay range:

$36,098                         $44,220                        $54,147

 

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE JONESBORO CITY COUNCIL, that the starting salary for the position of Police Shop Supervisor be approved at $45,122.00, which is $5,414.00 above the halfway point between midpoint and maximum of the pay range for the pay grade of 113 as established by the Salary Schedule and Administration Policy and the salary be made retroactive to 1/2/2018.
