BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

That Section 1 of the above Ordinance is amended to reflect that the name of Jonesboro Cable Television, Inc., an Arkansas corporation, has been changed effective June 6, to the East Arkansas Cablevision, Inc.

PASSED and ADOPTED on this 6^th day of October, 1980.
