Nabholz Construction was awarded the contract for management services related to the construction of the new Fire Stations #3 & #7 and for the construction of the Animal Control Shelter and was signed on May 23, 2007. The contract amount is based on total project expense. Rates are detailed in attached contract. The resolution number is RES-07:114 and was approved by the City Council on May 1, 2007.
The original contract amount and work completion date for the Animal Shelter were increased in Change Order #1 to $1,029,979 and 30 days. The resolution number is RES-08:010 and was approved by the City Council on February 7, 2008.
The contract amount was amended a second time in Change Order #2 to $1,079,604.19.
