1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.

3. Approval of minutes from January 4, 1999, as delivered.

4. City Attorney:

(A) 1st reading - Ordinance amending the 1998 budget ordinance for the City of Jonesboro.

(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-5) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of Alexander Drive, west of Southwest Drive. (Dale Barber)

(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the west side of Joe N Martin Expressway, north of Gleaner Drive on the west side of Joe N Martin Expressway, north of Gleaner Drive. (J. Lamberth)

(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Agricultural (AG-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the south side of Highland Drive, east of Margo Lane. (Margaret Petrey)
