(A) 1st reading - Ordinance amending the 1998 budget ordinance for the City of Jonesboro.
(B) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-5) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of Alexander Drive, west of Southwest Drive. (Dale Barber)
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the west side of Joe N Martin Expressway, north of Gleaner Drive on the west side of Joe N Martin Expressway, north of Gleaner Drive. (J. Lamberth)
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Agricultural (AG-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the south side of Highland Drive, east of Margo Lane. (Margaret Petrey)
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3), located on the east side of Stadium Blvd., south of Kingsbury Street. (Fred Pearson)
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend Titles 14 and 15 of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, and to adopt the Jonesboro Land Development Code.
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action on the numerous Jonesboro properties.
