RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE LAND ON CHURCH STREET FROM EUGENE SLOAN FOR OFF-STREET PARKING

BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Jonesboro purchase for off-street parking purposes Lots know as 312 and 314 South Church Street from Eugene Sloan at a price of $33,000.00; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign all contracts or other instruments necessary to complete said transaction, and execute on behalf of the City any notes or pledges.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 19^th day of July, 1954.
