AN ORDINANCE FOR A PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR SUNFLOWER SOCIAL CLUB, INC., D/B/A POPPY'S BEACH GRILL & EVENT CENTER TO BE LOCATED AT 2915 KAZI JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, Sunflower Social Club, Inc., d/b/a Poppy’s Beach Grill & Event Center of Jonesboro has applied for a private club permit to be located at 2915 Kazi, Jonesboro, Arkansas for the purpose of conducting operations on such premises consistent with Arkansas law including, but not limited to, operating a restaurant; and
WHEREAS, Sunflower Social Club, Inc., d/b/a Poppy’s Beach Grill & Event Center desires to receive approval from the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas for the same; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
Sunflower Social Club, Inc., d/b/a Poppy’s Beach Grill & Event Center application for a private club permit is hereby approved and it shall be and is entitled to apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of Arkansas for a private club permit or license, to be located at 2915 Kazi, Jonesboro, Arkansas, and to conduct operations on such premises consistent with Arkansas law including, but not limited to, operating a restaurant.
