AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF LOCATION OF PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT

WHEREAS, Therapy of Jonesboro, Inc. d/b/a Therapy has a private club permit with its location being 241 South Main Street, Suite A, Jonesboro, AR 72401; and
WHEREAS, Therapy of Jonesboro, Inc. d/b/a Therapy desires to transfer its business location to 223 South Main Street, Jonesboro, AR 72401; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
Therapy of Jonesboro, Inc. d/b/a Therapy's application for transfer of location of private club permit is approved and Therapy of Jonesboro, Inc. d/b/a Therapy shall be and is entitled to relocate its business as a private club to 223 South Main Street, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
