(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone Lots 1& 2, Block A of Lazy Acres from Agricultural (AG-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the southeast corner of Highland Drive and Commerce Drive. (Real Estate Solutions)
5. Review Bid No. 97:24 - Modular Sub-Station - Police Department
6. Traffic Resolution placing traffic signs at various locations within Jonesboro, as recommended by Captain Rainey and the Metropolitan Area Traffic Authority.
7. Resolution to set a public hearing to vacate and abandon the unimproved portion of a twenty foot utility easement located in Stadium Place Subdivision. (James LaFarlette)
