RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT BID FROM SCHAEFER SYSTEM FOR ROLL OUT CONTAINERS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE SANITATION DIRECTOR

WHEREAS, the Sanitation Director and Mayor’s Office recommended the low bid meeting bid specifications with Schaefer Systems for 720 roll out containers in the amount of $35,596.80 to the Public Works Committee who approved the resolution being placed on the agenda to the full Jonesboro City Council.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, to accept Bid No. 2006:07 from Schaefer Systems for 720 roll out containers in the amount of $35,596.80.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 21st day of February, 2006.
