Arkansas Game and Fish Commission entered into a lease with the City for property located at 600 East Lawson Road, also known as the Crowley's Ridge Nature Center. The length of agreement is from January 18, 2001, to September 26, 2100. The resolution number is 2002:35 and was approved by Council on August 5, 2002.
The lease was amended to include a piece of property that was not included in original lease. The resolution number is 2001:35 and was approved by Council on August 6, 2001.
The lease was amended a second time by Amendment No. 2 and was signed on April 8, 2011. Paragraphs 6-10 and Paragraph 16 were amended. The resolution number is RES-11:040 and was approved by Council on April 5, 2011.
