BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro be amended by the change in zoning district boundaries as follows: Rezoning, on Joe N. Martin Expressway between the water slide and Telephone Co. Dan Lynch (1008 W. 4th St.) Corning, AR., 72422.
From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) of property described as follows:
A part of the North ½ of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of section 32, township 14 North, Range 4 East; thence West on the section line 1747.33' to the point of beginning proper; thence S1°12' W 1311.19' to the 40 acre line; thence N 89°57' W on the 40 acre line 450.94'; thence N0° 50' E 1310.9' to the section line; thence East on the section line 459.54' to the point of beginning proper, containing 13.70 acres, more or less, and being subject to all rights-of-way and easements of record.
