Opening: Chairman Gene Vance called the meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.

A. Minutes for the May 20, 2009, Stormwater Management Board Meeting
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Dennis Zolper and seconded by Barry Phillips. The minutes were unanimously approved.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
Craig Light went over a few definitions and articles that have been added to the Stormwater Management Regulations. Dennis Zolper questioned some of the terminology and definition on some of the new items added and suggested that it would be easier to define the word “facility and facilities” used in the Stormwater Management Regulations than to change it.
Several members had questions on 2.7.8 and Gene Vance suggested removing “and maintain” from that article.
Craig Light stated that the Stormwater Management Plan Resolution has gone to Council and the Vegetative Management Plan has started.
USGS proposals for (2) gauging stations. (See attachments)
A motion was made that the Stormwater Board recommend to Public Works and the Council that we purchase (2) gauging stations. All voted aye.
Craig Light and Mayor Perrin to meet with the Corps of Engineers to ask for assistance on the Stormwater Master Plan.
