RESOLUTION TO ISSUE CAPITAL NOTES AS PRESCRIBED BY ORDINANCE 1123 FOR PROPERTY

BE IT RESOLVED that under provisions of Ordinance 1123, the City of Jonesboro, issue capital notes for the following property. Upon purchase being completed, the Mayor and City Clerk shall file with the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Craighead County a certificate accurately describing the tracts and acknowledging real estate lien or mortgage securing notes described in Ordinance 1123.

Lot 8 of the Cate Subdivision, of Lots 1 and 2 in Block 17 of the Flint Addition, to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Lot 6 and the East 70 feet of Lot 5 Block C of Earl Kiech's 4^th Addition, to the City of Jonesboro, formerly City of Nettleton, Arkansas.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the City Council did authorize purchase of said tracts on the 2^nd day of May, 1966, and this resolution shall be retroactive to that date to comply specifically with ordinance 1123.
