BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Commercial (C-3) To Industrial (I-1) the following described property:

A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, T14N R3E to Craighead County, Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, T14N R3E Craighead County, Arkansas : thence South 88º10'21" West - 255.73 feet; thence North 01º 41' 45" West - 247 .05 feet; thence South 88º08'54" West - 196.31 feet to the east Right Of Way Line of Tall Birch Drive: thence with the meanderings along said Right Of Way as follows: North 09º43'00" East - 63.86 feet; North 36º38'41" East - 65.27 feet; North 57º44'53" East - 45.03 Feet; North 67º45'20" East - 270.18 feet; North 73º21'09" East - 54.96 feet; North 82º50'00" East - 70.02 feet; thence South 00º06'09" West - 498.55 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 3.40 acre more or less, subject to all Rights Of Way and easements of record.
