A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CREWS & ASSOCIATES, INC. TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES WITH RESPECT TO FINANCIAL MATTERS OF THE CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro desires to enter into an agreement for professional financial advisory services for financial matters of the City; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to BID 2022-95, the Selection Committee has determined that Crews & Associates, Inc. is the most qualified for the project; and,
WHEREAS, Crews & Associates, Inc. has agreed to provide the services detailed in Exhibit A of the attached agreement; and,
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that funding for the execution of the agreement shall come from relating Debt Obligations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
SECTION 1: The City of Jonesboro shall enter into an agreement with Crews & Associates, Inc. to provide professional financial advisory services for financial matters of the City.
SECTION 2: Funding for the execution of the agreement shall come from relating Debt Obligations and compensation shall be paid in accordance with the agreement.
SECTION 3: The Mayor is hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this agreement.
