AN ORDINANCE FOR A PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR MAI OF JONESBORO DBA AS VALENTINE NAILS LOCATED AT 1841 E. HIGHLAND DRIVE

WHEREAS, MAI of JONESBORO has applied for a private club permit to be located at 1841 E. HIGHLAND DR, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, MAI of JONESBORO desires to receive approval for a private club to be located at 1841 E. HIGHLAND DR, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
MAI of JONESBORO's application for a private club permit is hereby approved and it shall be and is entitled to apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division for a private club license to be located at 1841 E. Highland Drive, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
