A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM JANE RANKIN COOK AND MARTIN L. COOK FOR ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE  IMPROVEMENTS

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the following described right-of-way for roadway and drainage improvements:

KERSEY LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY

The west 30' of all that land described in Deed Record 794, Page 28, of the Craighead County, Arkansas Circuit Clerk's records, said tract being located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 13 North, Range 3 East, and being subject to all rights of way and easements of record.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1.  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the right-of-way described above.
