BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the sum of $3,000.00 with accrued interest of $555.34 be, and is hereby set aside from the operating fund of the Parking Meter Revenue for payment to Eugene Sloan toward the retirement of debt against Church Street Parking lot, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to pay said sum amounting to $3,555.34.
