Description of property to be abandoned: Part of the West 1/2 of Section 36, Township 14 North, Range 4 East and part of the East 1/2 of Section 35, Township 14 North, Range 4 East described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West boundary of Commerce Drive where said West boundary intersects the north right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad and run South along the West boundary of Commerce Drive to a point on the South right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence run in a SE direction along said railroad right-of-way to a point where the East right-of-way of Commerce Drive intersects said South right-of-way of Burlington Northern Railroad; thence run North along the East right-of-way of Commerce Drive to a point where the East right-of-way of Commerce Drive intersects the North right-of-way of the Burlington Railroad; thence run NW along said railroad right-of-way to the point of beginning
