RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 608 HUNTINGTON

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be a nuisance; and

WHEREAS, the following properties have been found and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas;

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that the following properties are hereby condemned:

(1)                     A house located at 608 Huntington Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Lonnie Clark.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16^th day of January, 1989.
