RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO GARY WELLS AND GARY O’MEARA FOR THEIR SERVICE TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO AND ITS CITIZENS AS MEMBERS OF THE LANDFILL COMMISSION

WHEREAS, Mr. Gary Wells and Mr. Gary O’Meara have served the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas as members of the Landfill Commission, and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make this resolution a part of the permanent record, and

WHEREAS, that the City Council recognizes the excellent and untiring service Gary Wells and Gary O’Meara have rendered the City of Jonesboro and its citizens during their term of service on the Landfill Commission.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Gary Wells and Gary O’Meara have performed a great service for tour City and its people and the City Council and the Citizens of Jonesboro greatly appreciate their service.
