BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

IN ACCORDANCE with records retention procedures specified in Resolution 1993:59 dated November 1, 1993, the Financial and Accounting records of the Department of Finance specified in the attached affidavit are hereby authorized to be destroyed.
