RESOLUTION TO PERMITTING ASU TO USE THE CITY-OWNED DUMP

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

WHEREAS, the officials at Arkansas State University have requested that the college be permitted to dump trash at the city disposal dump:

WHEREAS, Arkansas State University will haul all their trash to the city dump and pay to the City of Jonesboro a fee of $25.00 per month for the use of the City facility.

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that Arkansas State University be permitted to use the City owned dump for the purpose of dumping trash for Arkansas State University. Arkansas State University will pay a monthly fee of $25.00 for the use of the City dump.
