BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas that $165,000.00 be appropriated from unappropriated sales tax to Jonesboro Industrial Development Commission for reimbursement for the railroad right of way for rail spur to the Industrial Park for Frito Lay Project and other industries.
