Bailey Contractors, Inc. entered into a contract with the City of Jonesboro for the construction of the warehouse facility - Job No. 2011:07. The contract amount is for $1,635,000 and the work should be completed within 38 calendar weeks from April 18, 2011. The resolution number is RES-11:037 and was approved by Council on April 5, 2011.
The contract was amended by Change Order No. 1 for the installation of (2) 4" conduits from storage room 18 to north side of building at column line #4. The new contract amount is $1,636,055.05 and was signed on August 3, 2011.
The contract was amended by Change Order No. 2 to omit three manholes and omit (2) S-1 fixtures and install (2) fixtures from Vehicle Maintenance Facility. The new contract amount is $1,630,469.95 and was signed on August 3, 2011.
