RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SCHEDULING SERVICES WITH THE JETS DEPARTMENT AND TOTAL LIFE HEATLHCARE

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro JETS Department has the need to enter into a contract with TLH to provide scheduling services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Joneboro reached an agreement with Total Life Healthcare. Said agreement is attached hereto in its entirety; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate this resolution.
