Stuck Associates Architects was awarded the contract for the design of a new facility for Streets & Sanitation Departments. The completion date for the construction is May of 2010. The resolution number is RES-08:226 and was approved by City Council on January 6, 2009.
The contract was amended by Amendment No. 1 for changes in site work and was signed on June 3, 2011. The amount was also amended by Amendment No. 1 to include an additional lump sum of $9,250 for the additional services.
The contract was amended a second time by Amendment No. 2 for changes in the design of the administration building and was signed on June 3, 2011. The amount was also changed in Amendment No. 1 to include a lump sum of $9,750 for the additional services.
