Description of property to be abandoned: Begin at the SW corner of the SE ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 19, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, thence North on the West line of SE ¼ of SW ¼ 30 feet to the North right-of-way line of Highland Drive; thence East on the aforesaid North line and parallel to the section line 715.15 feet to the SW corner of Block A of Tom Lane Addition to Jonesboro, Arkansas, the point of beginning proper; thence Northeasterly along the West line of aforesaid Block A and the South and East right-of-way line of Old Highway No. 39 on a 9°21' curve to the left 396.5 feet to the North corner of Block A of Tom Lane Addition; thence Northwesterly on a curve (radius 36') to the left 56.55 feet; thence West on the North line of Block B of Tom Lane Addition produced East a distance of 1 feet to the North and West right-of-way line of Old Highway No. 39; thence Southwesterly along aforesaid right-of-way line on a 10"11' curve to the right 399.7 feet; thence Southeasterly on a curve to the left (radius of 46.04') a distance of 55.64 feet to the point of beginning proper
